Placed an online order for curbside pickup at 9 in the morning. Never did get an e-Mail that my order was ready. Checked status through the app and it says it’s ready for pick-up. Get to the store, check in...and WAIT FOR AN HOUR AN 5 minutes for my order. I’ve got two words for you guys... Home Depot. I will never come back to Lowe’s ever again.
RecommendedMy day started out terrible with a flat tire. As I was fixing the tire (and struggling to do so), two Lowe’s workers pulled up to my apartment complex to make a delivery. They immediately noticed me having a difficult time with the tire and offered to help. They were both incredibly professional and generous. I could not have changed the tire without their help. My issue is not with the store, but with their extended warranty. A dehumidifier that I bought failed during the extended warranty. I contacted them and the said that they sent a Lowe’s gift card equal to the purchase price on July 16. I never received it. I contacted them again August 13 and they said they would send a replacement. Yesterday August 17 they emailed me and said a new card was approved and to expect delivery in one to two weeks. like to personally thank Cindy and Jacob for being very professional and very helpful! There was less than an hour left before they closed and these 2 fine human beings helped me get everything I needed and loaded up! Some will say that they are just doing there job but in a time like this and all the stress, they remain rockstars!

I was just there trying to find some steppingstones for my new walkway. I needed 17 of the. I spotted an employee named Katie. She said she would pull the skid with a pallet jack to make it easier for me. Darn skid was too short so it wouldn’t work. So Katie happily said she would get a cart for me. When she came back with the cart I told her thank you, but she insisted on helping me load the stones onto my cart. I absolutely LOVE Western Hills Lowes. The customer service is exceptional. Nick, the store manager goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about the customers and making sure their experience is satisfactory. I personally will only shop at Lowes from now on.
Warning to friends and family, Lowe’s will take your money and cheat you. We bought carpet in July and they installed 2 different kinds, so half was not the price or quality we paid for. They tried to sneak it in but the installers told on them. We’ve been arguing for months and they’ve done nothing.
