Been a faithful Lowe's customer for many years dpent a lot of money have the credit card do not ever use the installation services I am very disappointed and the way they handle things I'm a recent widow and I'm really trying to get things done to settle my husband's estate and they are not doing anything to help the situation with getting my kitchen tile floor that was incorrectly installed due to no error of my own I would just like to warn everyone not to use insulation services from Lowes people warned me against it I di... read more
I am so disappointed. I went in for 3 things and came out empty handed. The guy in plumbing waved me in the direction I needed to go (wasn't helpful bc I didn't know any of what I was looking for and needed assistance) and there was no one around in lumber except for one guy that someone else went find. I felt like I was in home depot! Christine at the door by lumber was very nice though.
They have the best employees! They were all so helpful.
Normally I get what I come for plus a little more.
I can't say enough good things about this Lowe's store. Every employee went above and beyond to help me. Especially Robert in the flooring department. Excellent customer service. I will return for all my home improvement needs. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!
If Lowe's on Bobby Jones does not appreciate the Richmond County customer base coming from Rose St. off Davis Rd, Home Depot may appreciate our business. What's your thoughts Lowe's customers?
