Contracted with lowe's to put and replace gutters and down spouts on my home, a disaster, it has been two years and they have not corrected the problems, their warranty is useless. Lots of talk and no action! I would never recommend doing being with their contract services. It appears my only recourse is to take legal action! Beware of their slick BS
I had to hunt someone to help. They were slow to respond. I purchased 2 heavy items and NO ONE offered to help my daughter & I load them. A very nice gentleman customer in the parking lot helped us load them. There was only 1 register open...ugh!!
Been a faithful Lowe's customer for many years dpent a lot of money have the credit card do not ever use the installation services I am very disappointed and the way they handle things I'm a recent widow and I'm really trying to get things done to settle my husband's estate and they are not doing anything to help the situation with getting my kitchen tile floor that was incorrectly installed due to no error of my own I would just like to warn everyone not to use insulation services from Lowes people warned me against it I di... read more
