Congratulations on becoming the “Walmart” in home improvement industry. Pulled my paint contract today & moved it Home Depot. Poor customer service. Too many mistakes in the paint department & never an apology given. After speaking to management, it apparent the customers care comes from the head down.. I’ve been on hold with corporate for well over 35minutes. I have to say this was the best experience yet at this store. I had 2 gentleman that wasnt quite sure how the machine worked but went beyond to figure it out. By working together to get what I needed done. Thank you very much Jason and Gabe. You are definitely the kind of works people need.
I ordered a door on line on October 21, 2017 and was told it would be here on November 11, 2017. That day came and I called the head office and was told it would be November 13, 2017, called both head office and Bobby Jones location and was told it would be the 15th. I spoke with Ester at Head office on the 13th and she could not tell me where my door was or why it was postponed again but said she would check with the vendor and give me a call in the morning. I experienced very poor customer service at this location. No one was in the appliance department (9/19)and no one else wanted to help. I waited for over an hour for assistance....no one came! You need to hire more people! Shame on you guys! I took my money to the Evans location! I was in and out within 15 minutes and that includes a restroom break! 🤦🏿♀️
If i could give a negative 5 i would. Absolutely the worst experience ever. A manager ...MANAGER just tried to price gouge in the midst of an impending storm. His manager refused to walk her butt outside to deal with the situation EVEN after acknowleding this guy was charging prices that were 10x .... yes 10x more than he should have. I waited 30 minutes for that inept manager to come rectify the situation and she never did. Rude rude rude and theifs in my opinion. And apparently that's management.
No problem if you know what you need and where to find it. Wife was looking for epoxie for a crafting project. Asked for assistance from three different Lowes sales assistants, got three different wrong answers. One came with a deer in the headlight look.
