I appreciate that you now let customers bring their dogs shopping. what I don't appreciate, and I'm sure the employees do not appreciate dogs marking their territory and also pooping on the floor. Today I seen a couple letting their dog pee on merchandise and laughed about it! its sad that people have to ruin a good thing.
Lowes on Bobby Jones has the absolute worst customer service... 4 strikes and now never going back
I had my first great experience with Lowe's on Bobby Jones in Augusta. The associate at the Pro Desk, Mustafa, was very helpful in taking our order. I spoke with Shane, also at the Pro Desk the next day to set up delivery and he was awesome!! Then Willie, who is a rock star delivery person brought the lumber for the deck we are building. He managed to get into and out of a tight driveway, surrounded by plants. I cannot praise this trio of men enough!!! Thank you Mustafa, Shane, and Willie!!!
I placed an order for for pick-up specifically for curbside pick up. I parked and called 4 times - hung up on twice, and placed on endless hold 2 twice. I went inside - I walked up to the desk that had the "order pick up" logo and waited and waited. There were only 3 customer service employees, about 15 customers waiting on the store side and everyone waiting on pick up and returns on the parking lot side was crowded into the foyer - I never received or picked up my order or had an employee ever talk to me - Never received o... read more
Don't order nothing from this Lowes. Their business practices are horrible. Order something in person and wait for it to come in-stock. And they sold the item so someone in-person without even a phone call to us, saying it was in.
I was making a big purchase on some tools and the customer service was great and very friendly.. Thank you again
Love the garden center. Awesome selection of mums this time of year and seasonal plants year round. They can meet your gardening needs from pots to tools 😍
Your website says you ha e things in stock then you do t have them. Very frustrating when someone comes all the way from Aiken because your store says you have something then you don’t. Lost my business for sure
