I'm extremely pissed off at Lowes off Peach Orchard, Augusta, GA. I have always been a loyal customer to Lowes for as long as I can remember, but today was the 2nd and FINAL time this year they upset me. WORST customer service! Made several calls to ask about a delivery...was HUNG UP on multiple times, service desk wouldn’t even answer “Lowes” just immediately put on hold????? Just rude! On hold for over 7mms, wouldn’t even bother to take my name to look up the order! I work too & spent money in your store, not anymore! This ISNT the 1st time I’ve been treated this way, you need to train your so called customer service people WAY BETTER!!!
On Labor Day, which is a big selling day for most companies, their system happens to be down that applies military 10% discount. How convenient! I was offered to return tomorrow to receive discount. Yea no thanks! Left my merchandise and went to Home Depot across street.
Showed up prepared to pay cash for a new dishwasher. Online showed there was one model. That turned out to be the display which they can’t sell. The employee in appliances couldn’t get anyone on the phone in the Evans location that showed 2 models in stock so basically sent me on my way. Poor customer service and complete indifference regarding the situation! Not only will I not go back to this location, I won’t shop at any other Lowe’s store either.

I've had an ongoing issue with an appliance purchased from this location. It wasn't until I spoke with Markita in Customer Service that this issue was finally resolved. She was pleasant to speak with and quick to help correct the situation. I wish I had spoken with her sooner. Any concerns you have, Markita is the one you want working to resolve it!
Finally got some one to help us . 1 cashier with long line ...Good grief ! Need better management BAD!! Thought peach orchard was bad ! Pretty close race!!
This store refused to honor there return policy on a power tool kit after the battery charger quit charging after 6 weeks. Took it to peach orchard and had no problem with the return. Then tonight refused to honor a appliance that they clearly had marked on sale for 329.00 with a red sale sign but refused to honor the price when it came back different in the computer because it expired yesterday.... just poor customer service.... i wont be returning, ill go to home depot or with out from now on.
