I scheduled a carpet estimate and they went to the wrong address. They rescheduled the appointment a week later and the guy showed up 20 minutes late. He didn't apologize once but he did complain that the bump in my driveway almost scraped his BMW M3.

This store does not honor Stanley lifetime warranty. And other Lowes do. Why does this store hate American products so much?
I don't have a problem with the store. I bought a gift card and some how the money was taken off. Trying to deal with the card people and Corp is ridiculous. Been over a month. There is one lady that has been trying from the store but I can't make it in and workers there can't help. It's not right that this big company can't take care of this without the hassle that I have been having.
Customer service at the south side lowes in springfield is not very good.
Dayan that works with the faucet is an excellent employee. She went beyond her duty to help us where the faucet company couldn't. Thank you Dayan I have a working kitchen faucet again. You should be the employee of the month.
