Your check out clerks need some schooling!! bought a heavy piece of iron and some furnace filters,which that clerk put the iron on smashing them, I had to tell my Husband 3 times to fix the baskets stuff while she kept on chatting!! I also bought 2 plastic flower pots which she put in the cart so to squeeze them!!!!!!
I always try and give people the benefit of the doubt, but this store has consistently gotten worse. The quote in quote experts in each department are mostly clueless as to what you really need. It is very frustrating to buy things to find out if they work or not. It’s pure trial and error as it’s almost impossible to find true help here! The employees should be trained on their particular department to have a true understanding of what customers are talking about.
We are really happy with Lowes storm doors and the great job your installer, Phil Burland, did this morning. The easy hideaway screens are super. Installation went smoothly. Thank you, Phil and Lowes.
bought 2 sheets of 3/4 inch plywood very heavy. the lady at the register called for liad assistance. no one came. called 3 more times for assistance still no one waited 30 minutes no one! I'm in my 50's my husband is disabled. we loaded our own trailer ourselves. very unhappy with Lowe's.
I am there 3-6 times a week. I do remodeling and the employees seem to know their stuff when I have questions and I like that they admit when they're new and they take me someone who could help me. They usually have a decent number of cashiers and workers in each department. They do a better job of keeping things in stock that most comparable stores.
