Would never buy countertops at Lowe’s again. The customer service back in the cabinet department from Steve was horrible. He was rude. The granite is not sealed and should be. He first said the countertops had a lifetime seal then pointed across the store and told me they sell a blue bottle of sealer that I could purchase. I ask why I needed to buy sealer if they were supposed to come sealed. He rudely ask me for my name and phone number and said he’d let his guys know so they could have the installers come out to check them... read more
Bill that works in doors was absolutely horrible to my husband and I today. He walked off and said find it yourself...an older couple in the same isle said they had him be rude to them today also.
never use lowes. this company is trash and the customer service is laughable. horrible horrible treatment of customers, dishonest pricing, and very questionable procedures to layer up and try and steal a customers money.
They have no sanitizer or TP even for their employees. Yet they're wide open to the public with way more than 10 people. Slightly irresponsible
they scratch your truck they break the ada law then they say they will fix your truck but they never call you back
