I have never written a review on a local business before, but it has come time after today. Went to purchase several sheets of hardy backer for a tile floor and the pick up area was blocked off. We asked an attendant what was up, he said we needed to purchase the product first, then go get our vehicle to load it. If you have to go out in the parking lot to your vehicle, you might as well take the sheet goods with you! I realize some people take advantage of the contractor parking, but it usually works out. Seems the big corporations don't care if they lose a customer. My husband and I attempted to buy a set of appliances, couldn't get the online computer app to work to get 10% couponcwhich we tried numerous times.. Manager refused to give us the discount. ?? Guess they don't need our $700 sale. We'll purchase same for discount elsewhere. Amazing lack of customer service. Won't be shopping there again.
