The costumer service here is horrible. The employees are actually upset when people interrupt them from playing on their phones to do actual work. The girls are the customer service desk are extremely rude and will hardly even speak to you.
It is, apparently, outside the job description of any employee to help a customer. Three different employees saw me struggling to load a cart with bags of mulch. Another customer actually offered to help. A customer offered- not someone paid to help people visiting their store. I also asked an employee for help with a fire pit and she shuffled it off to another employee who actually asked "well what kind of help?" when I said I needed help getting a fire pit. I asked for help from 3 Lowe's employees. Their responses were, " I have no idea", "not my department" and "no clue". After their bad customer service, they simply walked away. If you don't know where something is, that's ok...just say so, but also help the customer out by finding someone else who does know what they are doing. I won't be going back. Home Depot only from now on. Extremely disappointed in their lack of knowledge, care and customer service.
i bought some cabinets and when i went back to get them there had been a mix up and my cabinets were sold but Marty (store manager) was so kind...so patient.. and such an all around great person ... he explained what happened.. apologized empatheticly... and did what he could do to make it right! Oh my god. They screw up the most simplistic orders. Getting help is so hard. Absolutely ridiculous. Just too frustrated to type the whole story.
I They are always very patient and helpful to my husband and I . We are doing alot of remodeling so we have made at least 20 trips to the one on Primrose in the last 4 weeks always helpful and patient even when we have changed our minds on styles and colors . I have to say they have shared their experiences and helped us stay within our budget .
I have told a manager how the customer service has gone to pot. Since Primrose store is now open late because of Home Depot I am going to see how Home Depot respects their customers. Maybe there is some competition concerns here for a reason.
