I had a great experience after spending two hours at Home Depot being ignored. I waited for one guy to finish with a customer in blinds to be told I am on hour five I have to go to lunch. He apologized and sent over a girl that was not helpful at all. I finally just left and went to Lowe's in Mission Valley. There was one person working on blinds and she was extremely polite told me to have a seat and she would be with me as soon as she was finished with the other couple. Lowes has the worst customer service. You ask for help and they look at you with a blank stare. I kick myself every time I give Lowes another chance. Go to Home Depot. They are always happy and willing to help you.
