Incredibly unhelpful staff. I just puchased my first home and will need to renovate the bathroom before I can move in. I went to Lowe's to try and figure out where to start. I asked 2 employees in the kitchen and in the bathroom departments who I needed to talk to and they both pointed me towards the others department. I then went to the service counter at the front and she just told be to go to the cubes in the back. Try walking a customer back and introducing them to the person they are supposed to talk to. I wrote a long review, which disappeared. Suffice to say the $40 I "saved" was NOT worth my frustration!!!
Was rushed but store even close to closing time was clean and the staff helpful.
Good deals on products that the competition didn't have in the store. In fact no one had the product in the store. So I placed a special order 6/22/17 and got my veterans discount. My order was supposed to be ready for pick up 6/30/17. I finally called the customer service number on 7/4/17 and a very polite young man advised me that my order was ready to be picked up and apologized that no one had reached out to me. Customer service no longer exists.
