My husband and I went in to get some plants and soil and eveyone came up to us asking how we were and if we needed anything! I have never been to a Lowes before where everyone was so friendly and made u feel welcome!!

Great place to shop. Lots of thing are on sale. One stop place for everything on home improvement! Appliances are high ends which is good. No need to go anywhere else to shop.

I am currently in a nightmare appliance delivery situation with Lowe’s and would NOT recommend them. This is my first Lowe’s appliance experience and it will be the last. After ordering a refrigerator five weeks ago, we were told on the day it was supposed to be delivered to our new home that it was back ordered. If we wouldn’t have called to find out where the delivery was no one would have called. Good service! Outstanding!
Really awful start to an installation experience. Last Sunday I paid the money to have an installer come and measure my windows for blinds. Needless to say I have no such appointment almost a week later. When I finally get in touch with somebody who can tell me anything after 3 calls and 12 transfer attempts, I'm told they called on Thursday and left me a message.
