Love there lawn furniture for the patio remolding my backyard I got a lot of great things and ideas can't wait to see the finished project
I was loading 40# bags of salt into my cart when one broke and spilt all over the floor. A young male Lowes Emoloyee literally stepped over it not offering to help with the heavy bags, nor clean up the 40#s of salt on the floor!
Came in today to pick up a few materials. As I was about to check out I saw a older man struggling with his cart. Saw several employees walk by and not even offer help. I helped him get to the register and then helped him load his materials in the bed of his truck. Even at this point no help offered. Is this how this location serves the older people of the community? Also to add to this he was a Vietnam Veteran. Bought a complete set of kitchen appliances. 4 days behind on delivery and the store manager won’t even call us as told. Great sales reps at the Baytown store. Can’t say much about the Manager....maybe they promoted the wrong person
If I could give 0 I would. We have been in Lowe’s in the past 3 weeks about 7 times and of the 7 need assistance 5 times. Not a single associate knew how to help. The customer service is terrible. I was even told to try Home Depot one time. I tried again today to order a new door and after standing there with a sales associate for 15 minutes and finally Gabe up said he wasn’t sure how to do it and to check back tomorrow. Poor Poor customer service every single time!
I just bought a new home and was looking to buy everything from a washer and dryer to garage door opener ext. I stood by the washers for about 30min trying to waive workers down but everyone kept telling me it wasn't their department some even looked the other way, total BS. So I went to Home Depot and got everything I needed. I'll never step foot in this store again.
Thank you Lowe's Home Improvement for turning what should have been a good buying experience for a loyal customer into a showcase of poor planning and logistics on your part. I realize the money I was spending on new kitchen appliances may not break your bank but it sure was a big deal to my family and I. I've been a customer for two decades but now my money goes elsewhere.
Go every week. Spend $100 every week there. They are cheaper than the Lowes in Livingston.
