The Garden Center has ALWAYS had great customer service until yesterday. Went through checkout to get 10 bags of soil that we get a lot of and she didn't even want to look it up so we could pay for it and have it brought out front and loaded for us as we have always done in the past...We had to go back and put the bags of soil on a cart ourselves , take it through the line...go out in the parking lot and load our purchase (10 bags 2cubic size bags) into the back of our truck...an employee was playing with your carts close by... read more
I can't speak for Home Depot, but our experience with Lowe's in Baytown, TX was terrible. We bought a Whirlpool washer and got a four year warranty for $200 and the washer never worked right and they wouldn't replace it or refund our money for the machine or warranty. They were cold and never cared for a customer who through the years spent thousands with them. It has to be management, I would think. It won't happen twice
They need to get employees or management that assist in customer service. Waited for over an hour for them to get a smoker down from top shelf, and then left it in the crate on the floor for at least 30 mins. No help. This is the second trip. The first day no body was available to help at all. Thats ok! Will give the business to a lowes who cares.
I made a delivery there they was fast and polite even though I was late
Store manager Philip explained to me that because I had bought a faulty kobalt toolbox that it wasn’t his problem it was Kobalts . Now I’m stuck with a broken toolbox . Save your money people and go to Home Depot!
They are #1 in my book, they really took care of us
There nobody to help u ask for help and they have a attitude
Your managers are rude as hell. They don’t know how to treat people. You call and ask questions and they want to get ride with you. Hire some new damn managers.
