I will never ever order or purchase anything from Loews again. They have the worst delivery service. They have a horrible customer service department. I have talked to at least 5 managers and not a single manager bothered to followup with me. I have been waiting for a microwave to be delivered since Jan 5th. They have lied to me time again. I dont have the microwave but they charged my credit card for 3 installs.
