I placed an on line order on Tuesday am, got confirmation order was ready Tuesday pm. Went to store Wednesday am to pick up order and it’s not ready. 45 minutes later still waiting for order to be finished. Not really happy but must expect this type of treatment from large company with the “whatever” attitude.
bad service, tried to be lowes customer to buy washer and dryer, horrible service, wrong time, wrong order several times, and nowbody willing to take blame for all the mess ups. i will switch to home depot next time.
Absolutely do not recommend them at all! Go to The Home Depot across the street. Horrible customer service and they do not stand behind their installation work! I have spent my last dime at this place. Oh yeah while I am typing this message I AM STILL ON HOLD waiting for a so called manager!

Since March 12th I’ve been dealing with tile issues! I ordered it, they quickly took payment, then didn’t receive it when I was suppose to. I call and go up there to confirm delivery date, they tell me that they’re working on it and it will be delivered in 1-2 days. Never got a call or anything. Still didn’t show up! Granted we had already paid for it! Then it shows up and they had sent me 3 different shades of tile! I’m currently still dealing with them sending out a truck to come and pick up the tile! We went to this Lowes in Baytown and, had the worst customer service ever. While checking out the representative was talking to a co-worker about their second job. I had to ask how much the purchase was, and the checker pointed to the cash register for the amount due. Try to call the store and never got thought to a manager. Either got transferred, put on hold or got hung up on.
