I have had an extraordinary poor experience with them. I purchased a grill online and they dont want to honor the deal! They apparently dont do any inventories because I wa as told by store leadership that " we just dont have it no matter what the computer says". I asked for a like product replacement and was chuckled and told that's not gonna happen. Honestly the worse customer experience i have ever had.
