I was just there searching for doorbell. Finally found a clerk in an aisle and requested help. He said "one aisle over, not far huh?" He made no effort to help. Needless to say, doorbells weren't in the next aisle. I left with no purchase and will shop at a competitor store instead. Lowes needs to educate employees on customer service.
I am very disappointed in the subcontractor out of Sarasota, Florida,used for our kitchen remodel that is making our quartz counter tops. They have been rude, delayed measuring for the counter tops and now it looks like we will not get them until after the New Year. Being without a kitchen sink for over 2 months is very unsanitary and I hope none of us get sick, including our soon-to-be born granddaughter.
