Lakeland Southside Lowe's has beautiful flowers - and a good variety. I was in yesterday looking for jasmine - I asked for assistance and was immediately helped. I really wanted a smaller jasmine but was willing to take the larger plant. The clerk sought me out to tell me she had found a smaller plant which I purchased - along with other items in the store. Lowe's plants are gorgeous and well taken care of.
Keep shopping here expecting good customer service and consistently end up dealing with rude cashiers. Guess that makes me the crazy one for thinking anything here is going to change.
Horrible customer service. People that work there just don't care. The people in the garden center were very rude to my wife and I. All they cared about was going home. I will be going to Home Depot in the future. Good bye Lowes tired of your poor attitudes.
Good clean store with the merchandise I need, but customer service is subpar. Twice I have felt like I have inconvenienced an employee because I needed something - that is after I hunted down the employee. It just should not be this hard to buy something. I will not willingly pay for bad customer service when I can drive three miles down the road and be treated differently. A customer should never feel frustrated after spending good money on a product. Come on Lowes, I really do want to like shopping at your store.
#Lowes installed 40 hurricane windows which leaked for 6 months & now claims department trying to tell my new installer how to reinstall the windows in the cheapest possible way instead of writing him a check. Everyone at the desk is laughing while I am standing there waiting to be assisted. Then they send me to the WRONG aisle. And of course their is no one around to assist. And the associates that I did bypass never offered me assistance. 2nd trip...same outcome.

Went to purchase a new washer, looking at website found one on sale for 379.00. The website showed Free Delivery icon, which I assumed meant it qualified, at store advised it must be 396.00. That 396.00 is for appliance cost only to qualify NOT your total purchase, an additional 15.00 to haul the old one off. Way to go Lowes get us there and switch the game plan. Same site had one listed for 299.00 with the same free delivery icon. Didn't realize you needed to click on the icon for additional information.
