Worst lowes I've been to. Walked around asking for an associate to cut a piece of lumber for me, found said associate, then he just stared at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I said "I don't need an 8', can you cut it before I leave the store. Or I can take it to my truck and use my own saw and cut it in the parking lot". Trying to buy a refrigerator for my in-laws that are in their 90’s, needed to keep meds cool, twice they called to tell us the refrig was going to be delivered in specific time frames and twice they did not call or show up!!!! Still no refrig. !!!
Lakeland Southside Lowe's has beautiful flowers - and a good variety. I was in yesterday looking for jasmine - I asked for assistance and was immediately helped. I really wanted a smaller jasmine but was willing to take the larger plant. The clerk sought me out to tell me she had found a smaller plant which I purchased - along with other items in the store. Lowe's plants are gorgeous and well taken care of.
Best customer service ever! I shop at this store frequently, some times having to return 2 and 3 times as I move along with my home projects, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, Marc at doors and windows is a customer service rock star, Jeff is also extremely helpful and amazing, same with the staff at the lumber department whenever you need cuts, etc. Great job!
Keep shopping here expecting good customer service and consistently end up dealing with rude cashiers. Guess that makes me the crazy one for thinking anything here is going to change.

Horrible customer service. People that work there just don't care. The people in the garden center were very rude to my wife and I. All they cared about was going home. I will be going to Home Depot in the future. Good bye Lowes tired of your poor attitudes.
Good clean store with the merchandise I need, but customer service is subpar. Twice I have felt like I have inconvenienced an employee because I needed something - that is after I hunted down the employee. It just should not be this hard to buy something. I will not willingly pay for bad customer service when I can drive three miles down the road and be treated differently. A customer should never feel frustrated after spending good money on a product. Come on Lowes, I really do want to like shopping at your store.
#Lowes installed 40 hurricane windows which leaked for 6 months & now claims department trying to tell my new installer how to reinstall the windows in the cheapest possible way instead of writing him a check.
