Poorest stocked Lowes I've ever been in.
Everyone at the desk is laughing while I am standing there waiting to be assisted. Then they send me to the WRONG aisle. And of course their is no one around to assist. And the associates that I did bypass never offered me assistance. 2nd trip...same outcome.
Horrible customer service and third party delivery service. Store manager makes promises and doesn't follow through.

Went to purchase a new washer, looking at website found one on sale for 379.00. The website showed Free Delivery icon, which I assumed meant it qualified, at store advised it must be 396.00. That 396.00 is for appliance cost only to qualify NOT your total purchase, an additional 15.00 to haul the old one off. Way to go Lowes get us there and switch the game plan. Same site had one listed for 299.00 with the same free delivery icon. Didn't realize you needed to click on the icon for additional information.
