8:30pm 3525 Lakeland Highlands Rd Lakeland, FL 33803 not one cashier working a register. I don’t get paid to check myself out. Then half the self checkouts had green lights but didn’t work then the attendant was talking to herself pretty creepy.

One of the worst customer service ever. 45 mins waiting for someone to cut a piece of plywood. An they never showed up even though they were paged multiple times. It was like a sea of customers and no store associates in the lumber department. Then a 15 min wait to check out because only two lines open and self checkout. All which had at least two or three in each line. Oh an the topper the guy rang me up then found out he had no register tape loaded in his register.
We went to Lowes to purchase a refrigerator yesterday because they supposedly honor Veterans with 10% off for their service. HOWEVER they also discriminate against the veteran on their sale items!! Most of their items are always on sale in one way or another, IF a large item is on sale their "honor the veteran" goes out the door and they no longer care about it. great service and very fast online ordering and pick up.
DO NOT DO ANY HOME IMPROVEMENT using Lowe's. I had a bathroom remodeling job that they started last June and still wasn't done by January. When they did finally come out, they didn't do a good job. We contacted corporate, (mistake on our part, as they didn't care much). They offered $500 refund on a $13,000 job. What an insult. I wouldn't even recommend home Depot for home improvement as they work the same. Home Depot is more knowledgeable as far as their employees are concerned too. Terrible lack of customer service, departments are not staffed. Took me 45 minutes to first find a dolly in the parking lot as none were inside then to wait for someone to finally come tell me your saw was broken. Attitude from the guy when I informed him I had to go shop elsewhere that could cut my plywood and I was sorry he would have to return it to shelves as I had wasted enough time.
Today I received some of the worst customer service I have ever received. This has happened countless times at multiple Lowe's locations. I'm done. Back to Home Depot I go.
