I first Went to Home Depot. After 5 min.looking for someone to help me the person who tried to help me had no knowledge of what I needed. I left there and went to Lowes. I received great service. Even tho Home Depot is closer to my home, I will shop at Lowe's in the future
What a shame. The WORST customer service EVER! 20 minutes walking around with empty hall ways looking and asking if there are any working employees. The One and only employee I saw walked right by me while he was ON HIS CELL PHONE 😡 Then I walked to the front of the store asked for a manager. She acted like I bothered her. Close to my home and have everything I need
Customer service gets worse by the day. I'm in the middle of a huge remodel of a home for my father to move into. Yesterday, I ordered two doors online to pickup at the store. Later in the day when I was away from my phone, I received a voicemail that you didn't have the doors I ordered so you cancelled my order. I bought the same doors at Home Depot.
