Lowes has had me waiting approximately 9 hours to install a carpet. Every Time I called they promised me the world. Basically they just wanted to get me of line. But it's 9 and no one showed up.
Bought a lawn mower from Lowes and it broke within the first years, Brought it to Lowes for repair under the manufacturers warranty, it was the carburator, but I guess they sent it too a third party and charged me $100 for the repair, almost as much as the mower. When I explained the situation to them all I got was Oh well that's the way the ball bounces. Lowes get your act together and stop upsetting your customers. Tried to buy a arbor, the ones I wanted were not available in the store. I went home and ordered it online. I just got a call from Lowe's saying that it is out of stock and it will not be available. I guess the $99 price was too good to be true.
Bad costumer service, i order 2 shower doors last night online, i was expecting 2 weeks lead time than i got an email saying that they were ready for pick up at the store, i was surprise and not so sure so i decided to call the store to confirm that i could pick up today, they confirm that everything was ready, and after over an hour of waiting at the store they came back and told me that the order wasnt ready that is gonna take two weeks, It was great wasting a 1/2 day between calling the store, driving there, waiting over ... read more
