Horrible experience is to nice to say!! Purchase a shower door, waited for their installer to come and that took forever! He calls two days ago says the door is here and we can schedule for today between 9-11am today . At 9:22am he calls says "the door is not here can't you just go back to work ", because I told him I took off because he stated the door was here! Lost a day of work and no one knows anything. Called the Union store and they say the will call me right back; now it's an hour later! Listen this store is horrible... read more
By far the worst customer service experience I've ever received! Went in to look at washing machine and dryer set, asked for someone to help by using the bell, then the lady in cabinets started screaming over I'll help you... only to realize she had no clue what she was talking about! Then I politely asked her to see if we could plug in a washer to see its features not to put a load washing!!!; only to get her laughing at us followed by a rude no! Horrible! Hello Home Depot!
Just so you know your customer service at the union Nj store is NOT SATISFACTORY. I have been waiting for my washer for 3 weeks. I was suppose to have it in two days. No follow up at all. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Home Depot here I come!!!
