The worst customer services....
I recently purchased a refrigerator on line, paid for it with my debit card, money came out of my account immediately,. .product was delivered when promised. The delivery guys left and my freezer had ice all over within the hour, trying to call customer service was a joke , since no one picked up the phone, we then called the manufacturer and they also couldn't get someone to answer the phone a repairman came and said we needed a new unit...that changed promptly to we are sending a repair man..he did ..claims we need a gaske... read more

I am so aggravated right now I can scream. I called Lowe's last week to check on my order. I was advised my delivery is scheduled for 2/28 and I will receive a phone call regarding delivery. I called to confirm my delivery for 2/28. The young lady couldn't access the system then when she did get in this system she said I see you are scheduled for a delivery.
