I ordered a refrigerator on Tuesday, delivery for Sunday with XPO delivery company. Never came, no phone call from anybody! Called them, promised delivery today. Nope - no delivery. Now going with a mom and pop store (Derby in Edison). They guarantee delivery. Lowe's and XPO are liars and they don't care about their customers!
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! ENTERED MY INFO INCORRECTLY WHICH CAUSED MY PURCHASE TO NOT BE DELIVERED, THEN BLAMED ME AND SAID THEY COULDN'T PROMISE DELIVERY ON THE NEXT DAY.
Wish I could effectively rate this 0 stars...at least they're batting 1.00 this is my 4th order and the 4th order they've messed up...their order fulfillment team is a joke I have been calling for the better part of the day to get my issue taken care of, however all in futility. I heard that their district manager Tom Church was there doing a walk I asked for him to be paged the line rang out...wow!!! Absolutely horrified
Terrible service sale sign feom June 27th still up July 5th ridculous. Person made me go take a picture of the sign while ppl in sesonal where holding 10 minute personal conversation
Looks like my issues is the same as everyone else! Union store hires incompetent people. Been waiting for my door to be delivered which was told had arrived in the store. Didn't show up as promised told it would be there the next day again didn't show up. No one in the store had a clue what was going on and didn't really seem to care. Needless to say I canceled the order and will take my business to Home Depot. #lowessucks
0 stars. We paid for an expensive sink (it was our splurge) on June 4th it was supposed to arrive on June 16th. It never arrived. Everyone in the store tells us different things - one person said it was in the store but they could not find it, another person said it never arrived and all they know is that it was shipped. They have no tracking information, no ETA information, and they do not know where it is. Meanwhile, we do not have a sink and our contractors were expecting it on the 16th.
