Never have a WORKING Handicap Car that works. Try to do some shopping today 1-Cart OUT OF ORDER and the Second One dos Not Work. Walked out and went to Home Depot.

Stay away. After spending $33,000 with Lowes, they destroyed our home and have ignored us for more than 10 weeks. The local store will ignore you and push you to Central. We've dealt with 6 different Coordinators in that timeframe, and a manager. Despite the last promise that it will be resolved, three weeks have passed and no one has called us or the contractor to fix the problems. This family now is forced to contact NJ DCA and the Attorney Generals office to force the resolution. It will be a six month process - but it's ... read more

I always like Lowes but I will never come back to this location again, took 30 minutes to pick up an order that was already paid for online, and 20 minutes to return items that didn't work. Both times only one person was working at the customer service, others just stand around and ignore the customers, and the one person that was working had to constantly answer phone calls. Just ridiculous.

I had good customer service in the pass with Lowe’s, but definitely not in this location! Whoever is assigned to be at the customer service desk definitely need to be re-evaluated for its ability to perform the job. I was in there twice, with pick ups (online order) and return (it didn’t work) within 2 week of time frame. Same person at the service desk, and for such a simple transaction, it took literally 30 mins and the return was not done right. While I don't usually post publically about greivances with specific companies, I feel that the way we've been treated by the employees and managers of Lowes Union, New Jersey and the lack of resolution to our issues merits this post. Hands down the worst customer service. Saying “ma’am” and “thank you” while not helping in anyway does not qualify as good customer service. I placed a $1,400 order online with delivery. THEY tell the CUSTOMER the EXACT time and date it will be delivered with NO consideration for the CUSTOMER’S schedule. Want to change the time or date? Nope. It may be a “third party affiliate” that fulfills those delivers, but you’re responsible for that company’s service (or lack thereof!!). I happily canceled my entire order and went to H... read more

I have been waiting 4 months through 3 different Extended Warranty contractors to properly repair my dishwasher. The last third party repair company that Lowe's sent out, ABCO Appliance Repair came out a little bit over a month ago, ordered parts, but have not called or returned my wife's numerous calls.
