I was in the store for 15 minutes trying to find someone to help me in the flooring department I called the operator from my cell phone two times, she had an attitude and told me someone would get there when They have time. I finally talked to the manager and she said due to money constraints they only can afford one person for the entire store to help people. Lowes does not need to keep the store open if that is the case bad management that's all I have to say

thanks, lowe for helping me out. its closeing time and i had a pipe bust. The two young men let us in to get the pipe and glue i needed, to stop the water spraying all over the place. Again i want to say thanks to them for taking 5 minutes out of their time and letting us get what we needed

I will never shop at Lowe's again. Their online ordering program sucks - it took a week to get a portion of what I ordered and several emails. Then when I came to pick up my order, after waiting almost an hour, they weren't able to fulfill my order AND charged me for incorrect items. The management team can't even communicate properly and they wasted over 3 hours of my time. Worst experience. I will only shop at Home Depot from now on. I may have to wait a little longer to find an associate at Home Depot, but at least they k... read more
