I went there today to buy something for my washer and dryer. Seen the appliances I bought 3 days ago were on sale. Talk to customer service and ask what the policy was. They said i can get the difference back. Manger West came over and said no it was a promotion that they were having. A sale is a sale. I was there today and the gentlemen in the lumber department were wonderful and helped with loading my order into my vehicle. When I went to the customer service desk to rent a machine, the first girl rolled her eyes and said she didn't know how to do that and proceeded to call another associate to help me. When the second girl got there, she said f@&k when the first girl told her what I needed. The people in customer service need to go through training on providing courteous service to patrons.
