It is hard to find people to help you some times, but they are very helpful once you do. I am in the store at least 1 time a week and have no earth shattering complaints.
We bought a microwave from Luke White who was awesome! And he made arrangements for us to go to Lancaster for our dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable, nice & funny. Good man
They deliver used merchandise to customers acting like it’s new. My sister & brother in law got an A/C unit delivered to them that was used and didn’t work. Finally after several calls and arguments Lowes brought them a different one. Several months later they order a Refrigerator online and have it delivered. The refrigerator wouldn’t cool. As far as I’m concerned you’re only as good as who you choose to do business with. The appliance delivery service you contract with is as sorry a business as I’ve ever dealt with, so as far as I’m concerned that makes you a sorry business Lowe’s. 1 month out, 4 Saturdays of scheduled deliveries, and still no refrigerator.
