I went to Lowes on Timberlake Rd. this afternoon looking for a ceiling fan. Then they wanted $160 to install it for me. I left without getting it & when I got home my daughter noticed the hood of my car had a big dent in it & scratched down to the metal. You said you couldn't do anything. SAD Last time I will shop there. BAD FOR BUSINESS
I was shopping for a washing machine at Lowe's in Madison Heights because that's where I live. I was their over an hour looking and reading reviews....no one offered to help me! I decided to drive across town to Lowe's on Timberlake Rd.. Marc greeted me immediately, asked if he could help and then made some recommendations. I purchased a washing machine and was out the door within 15 minutes. Great customer service and definitely worth the drive!
Bought appliances and instructed to go to service desk to get paperwork. I took my receipt and went to appliance pick up out back and was blessed out for not having correct paperwork. Was told to go back to service desk and collect paperwork. I politely told them to load the will call and they could settle the correct paperwork later. Customers should not have to do the service desks job. Retrain the cashiers please to be better and through with will calls and cash n carry. You will pay the price with shrink.
Purchased a refrigerator from Lowes. There were some issues with the fridge and Lowes went above and beyond to replace it and get everything squared away. Thank you so much for great customer service.
I purchased an LG front loading washer in March of this year from your location on Timberlake Rd in Lynchburg, VA. In June, it began to make a horrible knocking noise. Initially, I thought it could have been a leveling issue. I ensured that the washer was 100% level, and the noise persisted, getting louder over time.
