Our refrigerator was delivered today by Best Buy, after we had cancelled our order at Lowe's AND Home Depot. We were very satisfied with the customer service provided by the Geek Squad! Our original order from Lowe's had a delivery person who was not able to find our house and also spoke very little English so we were unable to relay correct directions to him. Lowes appliance people are always helpful .. My problem is they sell washing machines such as Maytag BravoXL.. They need to know that they will start to smell like sewage if you do not wash clothes at least every other day.. They do not drain completely and the water will Become stagnant. The maytag repairman told me you must use the washer every other day, use a product to refresh the machine every month( which means mask the oder) .. Read the reviews they will confirm the problems.. My family and I went to Lowes on Timberlake Rd. tonight. We went to find a specific door and we needed assistance. I went to go look for a sales associate for help but none was to be found. I noticed a man at the paint department and asked him if he could help me but he couldn't so he called for an associate to come to assist. We waited for about 10 or so minutes and no one came. Today I was in the Lowes store on Route 460 in Lynchburg to buy a leaf blower. Being an elderly lady, I didn't know much about what to buy. I found a gentlemen in another aisle and asked him to help me. He was sooo helpful. He talked on the phone to my son, afterwhich, he proceeded to show me the leaf blower we wanted. It wasn't in stock so he took time to go online and order it for me and have it shipped directly to my home.
