My mom and I will never shop here again. We were lied to when we were informed by an online representative AND a woman from a third party installation company who called us at ELEVEN FORTY FIVE PM that both delivery AND installation would be included for our dishwasher delivery. Went in this evening at 7:45 pm to buy a charcoal grill that online said they had 5 in stock. When I couldn't locate it, I went to customer service where there was an older man with white hair working along with a woman. I asked the man where the location of the item would be and he quickly dismissed me and said what they had was on the floor. Worst experience I have ever had there. Associate was highly rude, wouldn't listen, tried to make my decisions for me, tried to hurry me out of the store. Has been rude to me in the past. Will I shop there again? No. Another online store or Home Depot will be getting all of my business. Will I pay more? Possibly. I am willing to spend more to not have to deal with disrespectful employees.

5× thats the number of times we have returned a weed eater. We bought a Craftsman weed eater. Got it home and the gas top leaked bad. Took it back, got another one off the floor, got it home half of the pieces were missing and it had been USED. Took it back. Got another one that a manager brought to the front for us. Got it home, noticed it was hard to start used it about 4 or 5 times and it would no longer start. Took it back. Bought a microwave and paid to have it installed. My husband took off from work to be there and the installer never showed up. He went to the store and confronted the manager and he response was "Well, what do you want me to do". Jim told he he wanted to be compensated for his lost wages since he would have to miss work again to get it installed. Needless to say that's not happening. We bought appliances (washer, dryer and fridge) to be delivered today. We were told we could schedule the time for it to be delivered. I get a call with a delivery window of 8-12 instead. They are supposed to call 30 minutes before delivery. The lady calls me 15 minutes before they are supposed to be there. Not to mention this house is one we are working on to move into. So it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the house. My girlfriend went by the house about 5 minutes after scheduled delivery and no one to be found. Try calling ... read more
