I needed a glass replaced on an odd sized picture frame. Chris and his millwork crew did an outstanding job replacing the glass and helping me out. Great example of down home customer service!!!

Terrible customer service for appliance delivery! Lowes needs to take responsibility for the actions of the contractors who deliver their appliances. If there are glitches with the delivery process, Lowes blames it on the contractor and acts as it they aren't responsible. Those contractors work for YOU, Lowes! Step up and be accountable!

Went a week ago to purchase unfinished kitchen cabinets for remodeling project. Spent 4 hours in store working with woman trying to figure out what I needed. She was helpful but very sarcastic and borderline rude. I could write a book on my experience but not sure it would do anyone any good. I buy a lot of things from Lowe’s but pretty much decided to pursue other options for future needs.
The past 4/5 times I’ve been there trying to get something I needed, they don’t have it due to them switching out brands. Employee told me they try to sell everything they have before they bring the new products in. So you push customers to another store ?? I guess I’ll just go to true value or something from now on. Tired of going in there to walk around for nothing.
