Culpeper Lowes has the worse customer service. I’ve waited over 10 minutes or more every time I’ve ever been in there and ask for help in any department. Today I went in and I needed help with a ceiling fan. I ask the cashier to call for help three times and no one ever showed up to help me. So I left. I’ll shop somewhere that will help me.
Don’t ever go here! No help! Literally 2 employees standing there watching us struggle and no help!
Purchased a dishwasher on the website and paid for haul away of old appliance. The delivery crew dropped the new appliance off and told my with "we don't do installs" and left.The did not haul away the old appliance as they were paid to do. They'll take your money and refuse to provide the service you paid for.
Sorry excuse for a lowes store! My husband and I were waiting for over 30 minutes for someone to help us get a storage rack down from the very top of the racking. They paged someone 3 times and no one ever showed! I literally chased two employees down and tried to get someone to help to have them just completely ignore and walk away from me! Absolute horrible customer service and employees!!
