i don't think its possible to give this store a negative enough rating, so 1 star will have to do. sadly, we are done with lowe's after the experience with this store. and i am not one to usually openly bash a store, however; when no one from the company will return your calls, deliver your product and you can get no answers, i'm not really sure what else to do. its going on almost a month and its beyond ridiculous. have been told 3 times the store manager would call me and have yet to hear from him. at this point, i'm over ... read more
I had a problem with a washer/ dryer delivery a week ago. Tuesday I went by and expressed how upset I was with my dryer hookup and Wednesday morning I had a call from Dewayne (installer) and he was headed my way. Within an hour he and Len had my dryer vent hooked up safely and correctly and had flipped my dryer door to open the way I needed. I have spent several thousands of dollars recently redoing our very large deck and pergola. I have been here several times and every time I go service is so bad that more than once I have walked out and left my merchandise after waiting extremely long for assistance. Including today, I think they have received too much of my money and I will be buying small town stores from now on! Someone really needs to help this store.
Customers service is awful, can't find no one to help you. Employees see you and walk away from you.
The saw never works! I have reported it to store manager and to corporate at least 20 times. This store is a joke.
I like it cause it has everything I need!!! At a good price!
