Poor customer service They give out incorrect information about returns, then when you get there it’s something totally different
Horrible communication - scheduled a fence installation and didn’t notify me that installer wasn’t coming 6 different days. When I gave the manager a written complaint, he had an asst manager contact me who said he’d check it out and get back to me. It’s been a month now with no further communication. The fence installation was ok once it was done. I really didn’t appreciate wasting 6 days.
Absolutely not. Customer service sux. If I heard this is not my Dept 10 times I didn’t hear it at all. Your best associates/employees are in wrong depts. I would rather have someone not know anything about what I need greet me and at least act like they appreciate me being there than to have some not even offer to help that has knowledge of what I’m looking for. CLOSE THIS STORE and let Menards or whoever come in with a great experience in Home Improvement.
I see many people are having the same issue I am. Ordered a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, and other essential household items A MONTH ago and nothing has been delivered nor have I heard from a manager at the store. No one answers in the delivery department and when you finally speak to someone they direct you to an endless ringing with no one there to pick up. Would love to cancel my complete order.
Close it and fire the management
How could Lowe's improve, you ask? Where shall I begin? (1) Don't take online orders for curbside if you cannot fulfill them in a timely fashion like other stores. (2) Don't deliberately pick up and answer your phone (Bessemer, AL Lowe's) and hang up on your customers because you don't want to help, (3) make it a little easier to find the option to cancel an order online, so people don't have to wait over an hour on hold to get a human being, (4) once the option to cancel online is located, IT DOESN'T WORK. Terrible customer service, managers do not respond and when they finally do, it’s not to help the customer or keep the customer. Will not be shopping at this store in the future!!!!
If a manager could message me that would be great. Having no luck with the people who answer the phones.
