I have been trying to get an exterior door replaced and a storm door for nearly 2 weeks. The door was measured over a week ago. I’ve heard nothing from anyone since. I’ve tried to call several times, got no answer. I’ve been to the store 3 times and could get no one to help. This Bessemer store needs some serious training on customer service. I also want the $35 I paid for the inspection back. I’ve gone to Home Depot for my new doors.
needs better customer service
I went to Bessemer Lowe’s today to get some paint. There were 4 people “working” (and I use the word lightly) in this department with 3 customers standing there. I stood there for 15 mins without any greetings. When I finally was acknowledged it was “Do you need something?” First “RUDE” then after I told her I needed some paint matched she ask someone else to help me and they fussed with each other. I told them never mind and walked away. I will take my business somewhere that has real customer service.
Customer service is horrible!
On November 19, 2018 I purchased carpet for 3 rooms. The carpet was ordered but didn't come until about 3 weeks later. I made several calls concerning installation and finally got a call advising the carpets was in and a installation date was set. When the date for installation was set it was the wrong color of carpet and not what I had ordered. It was reordered without compensated for my incovience. Right now I do not think much about them. We bought a commode last Tuesday August 14 and paid for them to do the installation. They said they would call to make an appointment. As of yesterday, the 21st they had not called. My husband called them. He talked to some who said they were out on a job. He said he left a message for them to call us immediately. The most unfriendly Lowe’s store I know. Kobalt air tools... don’t buy them warranty is a joke lifetime warranty means nothing Less than a year sorry we don’t honor those. Just left their lumber manager just walked by me. I had a arm load of 2x4’s made me wait till he got by and didn’t recognize I was there. Left me holding the boards not excuse me or anything just stared at his phone. Jerk
