Went today to pick up some more tiles, waited 20 minutes for help....nobody came. I got the tiles myself and on the last box I see 2 employees waiting me struggle...still no help. Couldn't even get help loading in the car. Poor service
Have placed several online orders for items to be picked up at this store, and each time I'm reminded of the utter incompetence of the customer service department. They could not care less about wait times, filling orders properly, relaying correct information to the customer, etc. Deplorable.
Had to have our lawnmower fixed so we took it back for a repair. Signed paperwork and gave them a number for us to call when it was ready. A month later, after using family members lawnmower for weeks, we finally call and ask. They tell us it's been ready for a while now. We go to get it and they told us it would be $95 to get it back. The lawnmower cost $170 itself. The paperwork we received did not mention anything about a charge to get it fixed. Only the paperwork and files they had on their system showed this info. Waited in appliances for 20 mins before got any help, had to ask someone for assistance...They paged, no one came, called store twice, someone showed up that told us she could load up an appliance but didn't know anything about them, and it took another 10 mins for the regular associate to come help us..Finally got the washer and dryer average time 45 mins and we walked in knowing what we wanted
