Until Lowe's stops selling Round UP and other herbicides containing glyphosates, which studies have shown are responsible for bee Colony Collapse Disorder, not to mention being implicated in health issues in people, I will take my business elsewhere.
My wife and I waited over 40 minutes for assistance for buying carpet, numerous employees walked right by & offered no help, after several calls over the loud speaker, still no help. Won’t waist my time or money again! Poor customer service!!!
Customer service is pretty non existent. Very few people are helpful and I am sure it makes it hard on the people that work there that are decent hardworking people.
Customer service sucks. Been standing at wire cutting for 15 minutes, its paged 6 times, no response. Typical for Orangeburg!

Bought a Fridg. And a stove. Missed work, brought no stove,no ice maker with the fridg. came back 5:30 pm, still no stove, but put the ice maker in, left, never made ice.
My service was great..my wait was not long.the paint guy was nice and I was out...
The cashier at checkout never said thank you, just had an over all poor attitude- she needs to stock shelves and be away from people
