Recommendedvery disappointed, order a frig Friday that they said was in stock and available for pick-up. then got email today that said will be del Thursday instead of Wednesday. will i called and asked why they gave me a other number it was 3rd party. so called and then told me i would be lucky if i got it in April. so i canceled and went to a family business where i should have went to start with. learned my lesson.

Even I had a bad experience in the past,I return to this store(Orangeburg,SC) to see if something changed after my complaint and I was surprised to see the things looks better. I wish to thank to an employee for his excellent customer service and his name is Ronnie. Because I couldn’t go to Lowes.com survey to give him 10 ,I use this way. Service at this store is ZERO. I’ve been in I’m sure more than 60 different Lowe’s and Orangeburg is the worst. I see there are many of you in comments that feel the same. As of today I drive to Columbia and go to the other improvement store. Orangeburg Lowe’s has turned me off to Lowes Corporation forever.

worst customer service EVER! would not recommend using this store! I ordered online, the lady that called said two of my items were being delivered, the third would have to be ordered. when we asked about how long that would take she says two weeks, then we asked if it would be delivered, she says that's what you paid for. (real snarky) I then proceed to call the store to speak to a manager and the staff that answered the phone was very rude. I’ve been noticing that customer service has done a major turn around here. Employees walk up to us with a smile asking if I need assistance several times each visit. I believe there must be new management! Awesome job!
Customer service is horrible. Was in yesterday, if you want help to find something you better be ready to chase down an employee as they will just sail by you and never say a word. Also, had only one register open, with lines running two ways down isles. I ask the three workers standing around the check out beside the one we were all waiting on if someone could open another register, was told in a very short manner the they would call someone!!!
