Misinformed /unknowledgeable employees in flooring department. I lost time and money here. Manager offered no resolve. Apparent lack of communication between employees and managers and outside entities. Very unorganized. I never experienced this in the garden center, however.
More concerned about how little they have to work than the customer. Store needs to get it's act together.
The worst store I've ever been in. Trying to order carpet for 5 rooms plus hall and the girl at front desk keeps hanging up on me. Going to talk to Hubby about changing store and cancelling 5 major appliances we have on order.
This is the absolute sh***est f***ing store and even crappier costumer service!! They are a bunch of morons!! Standing around like they are high all day and can't follow a simple instruction!!! Ghetto a** wanna be gangsta morons!! Lowes needs to do a complete store revamp with the majority of these idiots, there was only about 2 people that have been helpful with our stuff and FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE EVER!!!!
