Poor customer service!! After waiting for over 40 minutes my husband and I decided to leave without buying carpet today… Several associates walked right by us but never offered any help, and after calling over the loudspeaker several times and still no help we left. Won’t waste time or money there again!
Customer service at this store is awful. I bought a refrigerator but was not told the it included a free ice maker (Whirlpool). James was the one who rang it up after many tries on his check-out computer. Probably not his fault as I know from past experiences with Lowe's they have a dreadful checkout and stock checking system (that is probably circa 1960's but another clerk said it was just upgraded.) When I try to reach anyone by phone, I get no answer, transfer with hang-up, disconnect, etc. Total incompetence throughout. ... read more
Worse service of any store of any type. 6 female employees stood around talking and playing ng with their hair..really flipping it around even shoppers tried to help us. The web site said you had 4 of what we needed. Web told us what row and shelf.. one staff member tried hard..John Issice or something like that. When I was leaving I counted 9 employees yes nine men and women standing around service desk....TALKING...Shame on all of you...there were not many shoppers...Awful Awful Awful!!!!! The customer service stinks, at least it does at the Orangeburg location.
The team there was very helpful and knowledgeable. Tip - give all employees devices to use the instate app.
Love it, wouldn't want to wrk anywhere else, I swear.
The customer service is terrible! If I had other options locally I would never spend another dollar there.
My son was given the runaround and was told they lost his supply list for his eagle project twice. When my husband was told to contact the home office, the person didn`t even know what an Eagle Scout was.???????Then, when I tried calling the local store number, there was no answer and I was put on hold(talked to no one) 7(seven) times and finally hung up. I am NOT going to drive there to be told we do not have the list and cannot help your son with his project. I work in sales and customer service and this is a lousy example... read more
