Worse ever reception staff are rude I believe there is one who has been lovely the rest of unhelpful Say they are open till 6:30 pm but I have just called to find the phone lines are closed been waiting to hear from them after they have received my letter back from my specialist with new meds I know they have the letter because I have received it but nope still waiting There is 2 Drs I will see who have always showed compassion and understanding but same can not be said for others , miss diagnosis of my kids leading to one ... read more
Unbelievable, waiting Hours to get in touch I did a test walked in with my test results, but the lady told me to go home and Load it online once I was standing right in front of her.
Would never recommend this surgery, they constantly disregard my 3 month old daughter’s care, even something as simple as getting her weighed so we can change her medication dosage is a problem for them. They would rather pass the puck over to someone else even though it is their duty to care and change her dosage for her kidney disease. The receptionists are incapable of putting patients first, amazing how someone with no medical knowledge can make decisions about my child’s medical needs. Awful service and Dr's using Google in front of you to see what is wrong!!! Very dismissive and don't seem to really listen to the problems!
