Awful service and Dr's using Google in front of you to see what is wrong!!! Very dismissive and don't seem to really listen to the problems!
My wife is ashmatic and suffars from depression. After 2 months managed to get an appointnent for a knee injury. Was told she had to wear a face mask or she ouldn't see doctor was given one which she threw back at the receptionist. Then tried to prevent het leaving until police arrived. Banned by Dr. For 12 months. Uncaring, unsymparhetic
I feel compelled to comment on the extraordinary excellence of the chemist and doctor with whom we dealt at this practice. We thought both of them went well beyond the extra mile.
Totally agree with all the 1 star posts. If you could wait 10 days to see a doctor, you probably dont need to see one. Yet the surgery is always empty...And if you are unable to use the online system you are treated like a nuisance that the receptionist really cant be bothered with. Absolutely awful. Cancelling appointments due to ‘staff sickness’ the morning of appointment - Then not booking me in for weeks to come when this was no fault of mine. They send links and codes via text that do not work, they have made my mental health decline massively due to not giving the support and appointments needed. The nurse felt the need to come to the waiting room and rub in my eldest child’s face that her 1 year old brother didn’t cry for the jabs and she did.
