Was bit weird as had to wait longer to pay than the whole experience as person Infront was talking 3 people waiting to speak to reception never got date for nxt visit or change my cats new address so was disappointed been trying to speak but as helpful as they are they should be mindful of other customers

Great vets only small but great service and not as expensive as other vets take my cats there
I I’ve been coming to this vet for the last 12 months and they were treating my cat for a tumour in her mouth I decided to go to another Vets And when I took my cat to my new vets they had a good luck and told me it’s not a tumor. She has got bad teeth. So you pay for what you get I would not recommend Lower Place Vets
