BE AWARE and Do not trust Lowell or have any dealings with them, they are parasites as they obtain a financial gain at an individual's demise. Lowell have listed me with a credit bureau for an amount owing to O2 for £12.00 for an account that I do not have. I have written to Lowell requesting details of the so called account that I have with O2 and they don't even bother to acknowledge my letter never mind respond. I believe that they acted fraudulently resulting in a negative affect on my credit rating and a financial loss.
Well what can I say the office is allways shut when you try and contact them and when you finally get through the line has an emergency phone voice their is no way of contacting them but they stil take money out of your account wouldn't recommend
