The doctor was so caring and knowledgeable
The staff was great, very friendly, very accommodating. The doctors very knowledgeable were able to identify the problem feeling great.

The only reason I gave 1 star was because in have to I order to leave this warning to future patients. Long wait, subpar Medical Assistant that couldn’t spell name of medications, things are only written on paper no computers. My appointment was with Dr. Davis then his PA enters the room and didn’t have a clue about anything medical whatsoever I am having to explain what nerves are affected from a surgical procedure and go through papers I brought over and over. Dr. Davis is an excellent doctor and my favorite doctor. I have been going to him for many years and I totally trust him. He has a calmness demeanor that instantly calms me down and makes me relax . I am generally nervous when I go to any doctor. I trust Dr. Davis because he explains the process and explains each step, including anything that may hurt a little, which prepares me to stay relaxed.
Dr. Davis explains your condition clearly and allows you to ask questions about your condition. He believes no question is a stupid one. When I had my procedure in his office his technician (can't remember their exact title) could see that I was nervous and scared. They reassure me that everything would alright and they will be in there with me. The front desk is alo very professional and treat you with respect.

I have gone to Dr Lowell's office 4 times now and each time I come out feeling like I am a druggie. Today I waited 1 hour in the waiting room while they took people who had appointments behind mine. They treat me poorly I am 76 years old with pain and all I get from them is I am so concerned about you. They haven't done a thing to help. We asked to change Doctor's today to my wife's doctor because she is the one who drives and the office is 1 mile from the house same practice different doctor. Dr. Davis treated me with epidural injections, and he was able to get the precise area that was causing pain. I am a semi-retired physician and know what excellent care is. I highly recommend Dr Davis
