Can never get an appointment. And can’t even get through due to technical difficulties. But no other option to get through. Absolutely ridiculous.
I’ve had a frustrating experience with Low Moor Medical Practice. I was booked in for an RSV vaccine too early, which resulted in a wasted journey—especially frustrating as I commute from Leeds to Bradford during work hours just to attend appointments. There was one instance when they had IT delays that impacted my appointment details and communication. They now turn off the phones if there are no appointments, which fine if calling for appointments but I needed to speak to reception about a prescription that wasn't showing in the NHS app.
