I wish I had read the reviews before I used these guys. What a fool I am! Avoid. Cancelled appointment an hour before assessor was due (COVID, apparently) but then subsequent attempts to rearrange were ignored. No refund forthcoming despite attempts to get one. I suspect I will need to do a credit card chargeback to get my money back here. Avoid like the plague.
SCAM !!! SCAM !! Absolutely frustrating to pay my hard earned money to “Chris the scammer” for EPS … no one ever came for EPC and no response to numerous calls and emails …. You will go to hell !!
a scam, took my money and nobody ever turned up. Lost £49.99 for nothing, cannot even take them to court for that. please avoid these horrible people.
DO NOT USE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I HAVE COMPLETED ELECTRICAL WORK FOR THESE AND THEY DO NOT PAY MY INVOICES. THEY ONLY HAVE A MOBILE PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ON WEBSITE AND NEVER ANSWER, NO MEANS OR CONACTING THEM. SCAM
